The place deserved 3 stars. It was in a central location, excellent to dog-friendly North beach. Plus, it was not far from all bars and shops, the town centre and shops pubs and restaurants😀

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming seaside B&B. The staff could not have been more helpful and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the shops and close to the sea, offering beautiful views from the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the price was very reasonable.

All was well, no improvements needed.

The staff here were helpful and friendly, the sea views from this place were great, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring that we will definitely return in the future.

The room was welcoming and huge, had facilities we needed; the location was lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from a landscaped park. " Rewritten: the room was invitingly spacious and had all the amenities we required, plus, the beautiful setting was just a short walk away from a lovely park.

The hotel's location was brilliant, just a short walk from the shops and a good 15-minute stroll to the harbour. It was also nice and quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service with clean, comfortable and warm rooms. The breakfast was first class, one of the best we've had in Scarborough for years.

Great location - near the beach and shops, plus a supermarket and pub nearby. the breakfast was also good quality with lots of food options available. Best aspects: We were pleased with how close it was to everything, making it easy to explore the area and find things to do.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. the bedding had stains and cobwebs were visible in the corners of the room.

Location was convenient as it was close to my meeting venue. The staff was super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. It was great that my furry friend could stay with me in the room, it meant a lot to me.

The bathroom was not up to par. The shower didn't work properly, and the towels felt old and rough.

Lastly, I must mention the breakfast - it was delicious and there was plenty of choice to fuel me for the day.
